We build the workbench that turns viral short videos into structured, reusable creative — so creators stop guessing why something went viral and start engineering the next one.
What we do
TrendRemix dissects any uploaded short video — TikTok, Reels, Shorts, Douyin — into the components that actually drive virality: the hook, the segment cadence, the emotional curve, the selling-point order, the trust signals, the CTA mechanic. Then we make those components remixable through conversation. Generation is grounded in the analyzed blueprint, not free-form text-to-video.
Why we built it
Most short-video creators learn what works by feel — by watching thousands of videos and absorbing patterns implicitly. That works for some people. For most, it leaves a gap between "this video went viral" and "here's the next one I can ship." We built TrendRemix to close that gap with a structured workbench: explicit hooks, explicit segments, explicit selling-point maps. Patterns become objects you can edit.
How we build
- We do not train on user content. Uploaded videos are sent to a third-party model for analysis and stay in your own workspace.
- We do not run a subscription. All purchases are one-time credit packs that never expire.
- We do not lock features behind a paywall. Every analysis and generation tool is accessible the moment you have credits.

- PostgreSQL on managed infrastructure for project, chat, and canvas state
- Cloudflare R2 for media object storage
- Vercel AI SDK v6 + AI Gateway for routing AI provider traffic
- Google Gemini for two-phase video analysis (Observation + Synthesis)
- Nano Banana / Seedance for image and video generation
- Stripe for one-time credit pack checkout
Where we are
TrendRemix is in active development. The roadmap prioritizes team workspaces, a public API, and continuous expansion of the AI provider tool registry. We ship updates frequently and follow a build-in-public ethos — what is in production today reflects where we genuinely are, not a marketing-curated story.
