Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

When you sign up, we store your email address, an optional display name, and an OAuth provider identifier if you sign in via Google. When you make a purchase, Stripe handles your payment details — we never see your card number; we receive only the resulting credit grant and a Stripe customer reference.

• Account: email, display name, OAuth provider ID
• Payment: Stripe customer reference and one-time charge metadata (we do not see card numbers)
• Content: videos and images you upload, chat messages you send, canvas state you create
• Telemetry: anonymized request logs, error logs, task lifecycle events

2. How we store it

Account and project data is stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted on managed infrastructure. Uploaded media is stored in Cloudflare R2 under your project's namespace. We retain encrypted backups for disaster recovery and may keep them for up to 30 days.

3. Third parties we send your data to

• Google Gemini: receives your uploaded videos for analysis. Per Google's terms, content sent via the Gemini API is not used to train Google's models.
• OpenAI-compatible providers (if enabled by your deployment): receives your uploaded media for analysis or generation.
• Stripe: handles all payment processing. We never store card numbers.
• Cloudflare R2: object storage for uploaded media.
• Google OAuth: only if you choose to sign in with Google.

4. We do not train AI on your content

Uploaded videos, generated outputs, and chat messages are not used to train TrendRemix models or any third-party models we send them to. The structured analysis result derived from your video remains in your workspace.

5. Your rights

You can delete any uploaded source, any project, or your entire account at any time from the workbench. Deleting a project removes the canvas, chat history, analysis records, and generated assets. Deleting your account additionally removes your email and credit history (we keep an anonymized transaction record for tax compliance for as long as required by law).

6. Cookies

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use third-party tracking cookies. If you opt in to optional analytics (Google Analytics 4, Plausible, or PostHog) the corresponding scripts may set additional cookies; those are described on the relevant provider's site.
