Terms of Service

1. Your account
You must be 13 years or older to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for all activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.
2. Credits and payments
TrendRemix uses one-time credit packs. There is no subscription. Credits do not expire. You may purchase additional credits at any time. Stripe processes all payments. We do not store card numbers.
3. Refunds
Credits consumed by failed analysis or generation tasks are automatically refunded to your account balance. Refunds for unused credit packs are handled on a case-by-case basis — please contact support within 14 days of purchase.
4. Content you upload
You retain ownership of the content you upload and the new content you generate with TrendRemix. By uploading, you grant us a non-exclusive license to process the content in order to provide the service (this includes sending it to AI providers like Google Gemini for analysis).
5. Acceptable use
You may not upload content that infringes others' copyrights, depicts illegal activity, contains personal data without authorization, or that you do not have the right to use. You may not use TrendRemix to generate sexually explicit content involving minors, content that incites violence against specific groups, or content designed to mislead voters.
6. Service availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance and unexpected outages may occur. We are not liable for losses arising from temporary unavailability.
7. Changes to the service or terms
We may update these terms or change the service from time to time. Material changes will be announced via the product or by email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
