A useful remix brief has three parts: the qualities to keep, the elements to replace, and the desired output. Identify the reference’s structure without requiring an exact copy. Supply your own product images when identity matters.
1. Read the reference as a sequence
Watch the opening, the middle and the ending separately. Note the order of events, camera distance, visual rhythm and product reveal. Distinguish observable details from guesses about performance: a compelling-looking video alone does not prove what made people buy or share.
2. Define what stays and what changes
Write two short lists. Keep may include a three-part story, a calm mood or close-up detail. Change may include the product, environment, language or call to action. A request to change everything while copying the source exactly is hard to interpret.
3. Prepare focused reference assets
Use the reference-video input for the main sequence. Add up to three supported image references when they help explain the product or subject. Choose clear views rather than conflicting campaigns. Check the current upload requirements in Remix Studio before submitting.
4. Choose the output and follow progress
Select a supported duration, ratio, language and caption option. Review the credit estimate and service status. The workflow analyzes, plans, generates and renders in the background. Return to the studio to inspect the completed result.
5. Check the new version against the brief
Watch for changes in faces, product geometry, scale and voice between scenes. Check captions against what is spoken. Confirm that every product statement is accurate. A remix is a generated interpretation, so another iteration may be necessary even when the task completes successfully.
A BRIEF TO MAKE YOUR OWN
Start here. Then add your details.
Keep the reference’s sequence: an opening detail, the product in use, then a quiet closing shot. Replace the original item with the product shown in my images. Use a warm indoor setting and a restrained editorial mood. Keep product proportions recognizable. Write concise English narration without inventing performance claims. End with the product clearly visible.
Sample wording, not a saved generation result. Adapt the subject, setting and constraints to your own material.
Before you use the result
- The new story follows the requested structure.
- Product scale and appearance are checked across scenes.
- Narration and captions agree.
- No unsupported product benefit has been introduced.
