Transparent background makerComing soon

A transparent PNG of your product, ready to layer.

Remove everything behind the product and keep only the product itself, on a fully transparent canvas you can drop over any banner, template or scene.

How it works

The transparent background option in TrendRemix separates the product from its photo and saves it as a PNG with an alpha channel, so the area around the product is fully transparent and soft edges keep partial transparency. That makes the file suitable for layering: in a banner, a detail page layout, a social template or your own design software. Transparent cut-outs are also the starting point for other tools, because the edge brush and the shadow generator both need a transparent PNG. You can upload JPG, PNG or WebP photos; the output is always PNG.

From input to finished result.

01

Upload and choose Transparent

Add the photo in the product workspace, open Cut out and set the background to Transparent. Switch on Batch to add up to 50 photos that share the setting.

02

Submit with the price in view

The credit cost shows on the create button. Each photo runs as its own task and keeps going if you close the page.

03

Inspect and repair the outline

Preview the PNG over a dark and a light color. Where the outline is wrong, open Fix edges, paint the area, choose Restore or Remove, and set a soft edge between 0 and 20 pixels.

What you can do

A true alpha channel

The surroundings are transparent pixels rather than white ones, so the cut-out sits cleanly on any color, gradient or photo you place it on.

Hand corrections without starting over

Fix edges paints on the cut-out itself. Restore brings back pixels the cut removed and Remove clears ones it kept; only the painted area changes.

The base for shadows and layouts

Send the transparent result to the shadow generator, keep the shadow transparent too if you like, or place it into poster and detail page templates.

Whole ranges in one batch

Before you download

  • Place the PNG over black and over white; a pale halo shows up on dark colors and a dark fringe on light ones.
  • Look inside gaps, such as between a handle and a bag or between chair legs, where background can stay trapped.
  • Check semi-transparent parts such as glass, sheer fabric or a lampshade, and decide whether the layer below should show through.
  • Confirm the file opens as transparent in the app you will use it in, not only in the browser preview.

Questions and answers

What file do I get?

A PNG with an alpha channel. Pixels around the product are fully transparent and the product keeps its own colors. JPG and WebP uploads also come back as PNG, because JPG cannot store transparency.

Why does the preview look white or checkered?

Many viewers display transparent pixels as white or as a checkerboard. Place the file over a colored layer in your design tool to judge the real edge.

Can I fix edges after the cut?

Yes. Open Fix edges with the transparent PNG as the source, paint over the problem area and choose Restore or Remove. The soft-edge slider, from 0 to 20 pixels, blends the correction into the existing outline.

Can I add a shadow and keep the background transparent?

Yes. Choose Continue from this on the cut-out, which opens the shadow tool with it loaded, and set the shadow's background to Transparent. You get a PNG with the product, a semi-transparent shadow and nothing else.

Should I pick transparent or white?

Choose transparent when the product will be placed on top of something else. If the image is going straight into a catalogue or a marketplace slot that needs a plain background, the white option saves a step.
