Clean white-background shots for every listing.

Replace a cluttered or greyish backdrop with solid white, so main images and catalogue grids look clean and consistent across your whole range.

How it works

The white background option in TrendRemix cuts the product out of its photo and places it on solid white, RGB 255, 255, 255. The product's soft outline is blended into the white pixel by pixel, so no grey fringe is left where the old background used to be. The result is an opaque PNG the same size as the cut-out; the tool does not crop, center or pad the product. Many marketplaces ask for a plain white background on main images, but their exact rules on framing and size vary, so check the current requirements of each platform you sell on.

From input to finished result.

01

Collect the range

Turn on Batch in the product workspace and add up to 50 photos from your computer or your asset library.

02

Choose White and submit

Open Cut out, set the background to White and check the total credits on the create button before you submit. Every photo is charged and finishes separately.

03

Review, then size for each platform

Scan the results for leftover floor or stands, download them together as a ZIP, and fit them to each marketplace's canvas with the multi-platform image resizer if needed.

What you can do

Pure white, not off-white

The background is exactly #FFFFFF, so a whole grid of products matches without color-correcting each image.

No grey fringe at the edge

Semi-transparent edge pixels are mixed with white instead of being cut off, which avoids the grey outline a rough mask often leaves.

Catalogue-scale batches

Process up to 50 photos with one setting. A photo that fails is refunded on its own and does not block the rest of the batch.

Optional shadow on white

Products that look flat on white can get a drop shadow from the shadow generator, which offers a white background too.

Who it is for

Marketplace main images
Prepare the first image of a listing where a plain white background is expected, then confirm the platform's current rules on product size and props.
Wholesale and B2B catalogues
Give line sheets and price lists a uniform look, with every SKU on the same white.
Product feeds and comparison grids
Keep thumbnails consistent in shopping feeds, collection pages and comparison tables, where mixed backdrops look untidy.

Before you download

  • Zoom in where a white or cream product meets the new background; similar tones are where edges disappear.
  • Remove leftover props, stands or floor reflections before uploading, since some marketplaces restrict them on main images.
  • Check how much of the frame the product fills against the platform's current guidance, and resize if necessary.
  • Compare the product's color with the original photo; a pure white surround can make cream or grey items look darker by contrast.

Questions and answers

Is the background exactly white?

Yes. Every background pixel is RGB 255, 255, 255. Only the pixels along the product's edge are a blend of the product and white.

Will the image meet Amazon or other marketplace rules?

It gives you a plain white background, which many marketplaces expect for main images. Rules on image size, how much of the frame the product fills and which props are allowed differ between platforms and change over time, so check the current guidelines before uploading.

Does it crop or center the product?

No. The output keeps the frame of the cut-out. To place it on a platform-sized canvas, use the multi-platform image resizer or a layout template.

Can I fix the edges of a white result?

The edge brush works on transparent cut-outs only, because it edits transparency. If a product has fine edges, cut it out with the transparent option first and fix it there; the shadow generator can then put the corrected cut-out on white.

Does the white option add a shadow?

No, the background is flat white. For a grounded look, run the shadow generator on the transparent cut-out with its background set to White, then choose direction, softness and strength.
