Create keys and connect
In WooCommerce, add a REST API key with read/write access, then paste the site address, key and secret into TrendRemix. The connection is saved only after a test request succeeds.

Create a REST API key pair in WooCommerce, connect your HTTPS site, and send TrendRemix images or a new description to an existing product. The product's previous images and text are saved first.

How it works
TrendRemix connects to a WooCommerce site with a consumer key and consumer secret you generate in WooCommerce's REST API settings. The keys are sent as HTTP Basic credentials, so only public HTTPS addresses are accepted; a shop in a sub-folder works. TrendRemix verifies the keys by reading one product, then lets you search the catalogue and pick a product to change. Adding images sends your existing image IDs plus the new files, which WooCommerce downloads into its media library. Replacing sends only the new set. Earlier images stay in the media library, so undoing the latest change rebuilds the gallery by ID.

Search by name, with the newest products listed first. Pick the one to update and decide whether to add images, replace the gallery or rewrite the description.
Confirm the review step to send the change. Your history lists every change with its status, and the most recent one on each product can be undone.
WooCommerce replaces a gallery with whatever list it receives, so TrendRemix resends the images already on the product by ID and appends the new ones.
Because replaced images remain in the WordPress media library, undo rebuilds the previous gallery from their IDs without uploading anything again.
Plain HTTP sites and addresses with embedded usernames are refused, and every request goes through a client that blocks private network addresses.
Refused keys prompt you to reconnect, a busy site asks you to try again, and a write that timed out waits for your check rather than being counted as failed.
| Connection | REST API consumer key and secret, sent as HTTP Basic auth |
|---|---|
| Site requirement | Public HTTPS address; sub-folder installs supported |
| Changes | Add to the gallery, replace the gallery, or rewrite the description |
| Images per change | Up to 20 |
| Undo | Latest change per product; gallery restored by image ID |
| Export instead | Zip of numbered images with a CSV manifest |
In WooCommerce settings under Advanced, then REST API, where you add a key for your user with read/write permission. Copy both values while they are on screen.
The keys travel as Basic credentials, which plain HTTP would expose. TrendRemix only connects to HTTPS addresses.
No. They are removed from the product but stay in the media library, which is how undo can put them back.
No. It changes product images or the description only.
A write that times out is held as needing a check, because the site may have applied it. Look at the product, and undo from the history if you need to.
Every result lands in your asset library, ready for the next tool.
